How to upgrade to Vantage Premium without losing current content

Hello, I would like to upgrade to Vantage Premium. I am very new to this and been working on my site/blog for about 45 days and really don’t want to lose any changes that I’ve made. Is there a “how to” tutorial or some kind of instructions that will show me how to make the upgrade without losing all the changes I’ve made in the free version?

    Thanks for the wait.

    Have you edited theme files at a code level from Appearance > Editor? If not, then you won’t lose anything in the upgrade process. Content, theme settings, plugin settings, those are all safe in the upgrade process. It’s just code edits made to theme files that will be lost during the upgrade or even regular theme update process.
