How to roll back update?

7 years ago · Last reply by Support Assistants 7 years ago

I updated to your latest version and now have issues with my Yoast plugin not seeing text I am getting like 41 words in most my posts that are 2-3000 words long.
I would like to either roll back the update of get a patch to fix it. In the maintime I will have to turn the pagebuilder of what sucks because I used it on multiple pages.
I isolated this plugin for being responsible by deactivating all and activating them one by one

    Hi Juergen

Thanks for reporting this. Apologies for the hassle.

Is it necessary to deactivate Page Builder while we resolve this? Yoast seeing 41 words doesn’t mean that’s what search engine bots are seeing.

    Are you using version 2.7.1?

Can you perhaps export the page via LayoutsImport/Export and upload the JSON file to WeTransfer or similar so we can take a look?

    Hi Juergen

Can you perhaps help with a beta test? If so, deactivate and then delete Page Builder. Then install the ZIP below from PluginsAdd New, finally activate.

I already did I thought I was posting this in the premium forum I am used to only be able to post in a forum if you are a paid member. Anyway I rolled it back to 2.6.9 because 2.7.0 already conflicted.

I am in a time crunch otherwise I would love to work with you on the beta
