How to resize homepage to fit different devices and screen resolutions?

My website, jjcollection.com is not responsive to different screen size resolutions. The images I uploaded in the siteorigin virtual editor gets cut off if I resize my screen. How do I get it to show the full image and size it smaller on other screens? I’m using the Transcend theme.

    Try going to JetpackSettings and disabling the Mobile Theme module.
