How to remove the footer info in siteorigin theme

I downloaded the siteorigin influence theme plus 1.0.1
where you stated that with the upgrade I can remove the footer text
I’ve tried to find how after installing the plugin, but couldn’t

Could you please guide me to how I can do that.

    Hi Illoh

    Thanks for reaching out.

    With Influence Plus installed and activated under Plugins, head to Appearance > Theme Settings > General and ensure that the Attribution Link setting is un-checked.

    Hello Andrew,
    Thanks for the reply.

    The pathway you described doesn’t seem to appear in my dashboard.
    I do not have theme settings under appearance.
    What I have here is Appearance > themes > customize > widgets > menus > header > background > editor

    Please help.

    Please check that you have Influence installed under Themes and that Influence is activated as your theme. With Influence as your active theme you should see Appearance > Theme Settings.

    Yes I have the influence theme activated. Not sure why this is happening.

    No problem at all. The attribution link can’t be removed from theme settings in Vantage free. If you upgrade to Vantage premium it will be automatically removed.
