I saw some posts relating to this, but did not see any solutions. I am just trying to remove bullets from page builder? Where and how to edit CSS? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unordered lists will be most likely handled by your theme’s stylesheet. You could try something like the following in a Custom CSS plugin or module:
