How to make homepage “Circle Icon” open new window

I’m using the vantage theme on my website. I kept the default 3 circle icons on the homepage that you can edit using the Appearance>Home Page option. All 3 of my icons have links that they take you to while clicked. Two of them take you to a page within the site and the 3rd one directs you away from the site. I’d prefer the icon that takes you to another site to open the link in a new window, but don’t see that option within the custom home page editor. Is there anyway to toggle this on and off?
