How to I get the value for mobile and tablet widths?

I am looking to get the values out of the

Settings -> Page Builder -> Mobile Width

and

Settings -> Page Builder -> Tablet Width

options. Is there a way to do this? I want to use them in my theme’s functions.php file to call device specific CSS files.
