How to change text link hover color

I am new user of siteorigin plugins and wordpress.

I am wanting to be able to set a different text color for when the cursor hovers over a text link.

I have tried to find an easy to understand explanation on how to do this but with no success.

    You can do this by using SiteOrigin CSS Editor. and applying CSS to the links :hover.
