I want to know how to modify the Gallery PB so that the portrait pictures have the same height as the landscape pictures. I also would like to know how/where to modify the code to increase/decrease the picture size.
I also would like to know how to make a menu with submenus (gallery (main) : wedding, engagement, family)
also, how do i become a premium user?

The built in Origami Gallery that replaces default WP galleries can be globally disabled at Appearance > Theme Settings or on a case by case basis by adding: type=”default” into the gallery shortcode when viewing the page in Text view. Unfortunately neither the default Origami gallery nor the PB gallery can be modified from a support perspective, that would be a custom development task for a developer.
Consider using the default WordPress thumbnail gallery with a full page lightbox plugin like this: http://www.dfactory.eu/plugins/responsive-lightbox/ or the one that comes with WordPress Jetpack. You could also consider a number of other third-party gallery plugins that are available.
