How to add Typekit font to WordPress

I just downloaded SiteOrigin CSS onto my wordpress site: kandkmatwick.com.
I’d like to change the header font with a Typekit font that I downloaded. Can you assist?

Hi Keri+,
TypeKit fonts are actually added to your website via JavaScript rather than CSS (they’re set via CSS though). Please refer to this guide for instructions.
If you don’t have a method of adding the JavaScript, I recommend Insert Headers and Footers.
