How to add full screen wide footer to my page?

On my current page I have a black full screen footer. But I am not able to edit it. Can I edit that footer? If not, can I make another similar footer?

    (Footer widgets can be managed from Appearance > Widgets > Footer. Site Information Text from Appearance > Theme Settings > General > Site Information Text).
