How to add a Blog page?

I have set up several “static” pages. Now I want to add a page called “Blog”
Please will you provide the list of steps that I need to take to use Page Builder to set up a separate page as a Blog page.

The layout I want is to have the posts on the left and the archive on the right in a sidebar.
(None of my other pages have a sidebar)

After spending an hour floundering around, I’d would really appreciate it if you could respond with a list of steps starting with “Add a new page”.
