Hi Xiko
It appears as if that site is using the Log in Menu masthead layout. You can accomplish this using a theme setting. In your WordPress admin, navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings. Under the Layout tab is a setting called Masthead Layout. Change this setting to Logo in Menu.
