I have waited nearşy three weeks to get any response.
Myabe it is because I have not paid the get the “site origin” name removed from the Vantage theme I am using.
Problem is I do not need all the features they are offering in the Premium version. It is a good theme a sturdy one but to show some support for the the support they are getting would be a testement to just how topnotch this siteorigin group is. Who know how far that could take them.
If there are people out there who need the the premium feature I hope they are able to extract revenue. However for people who just need a sturdy theme and now – and – then suport paying $29 yearly is a bit steep and if you to r branding ask one question and remove you.
Are you deliberatly now responding so that people would be forced to pay?
My keybord has a mind of it’s own. Sorry for the missspelling and jumbled sentences.
To give more clarity to what I wrote above.

Hi Seranli
Unfortunately, being a company that pays staff members to offer support, we only offer free support on a best effort level. That means we simply can’t reply to all threads. If you take a look at the forums, we do reply to a lot of threads, though.
I see, looking at your profile, you have received replies to your free support threads.
If you’d prefer not to pay for the SiteOrigin Premium upgrade, then you’re free to edit the theme files yourself to remove the SiteOrigin attribution. If you don’t feel that you can do this code modification yourself, then you can hire someone from Codeable to make the modifications for you.
Greg,
I appreciate the feedback and will look into your suggestions.
Keep up the good work.
