As above…. I want to add a twitter feed to show our latest feed/post

How is this done and is this automatically updated ever time I post on twitter?

    You can create a native app from within Twitter or use a plugin. The last plugin I used for this was: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-twitter-feed-widget/ but there are lots out there to consider.
