    Hi Kristi Dennison Lee

You can accomplish this using a theme setting. In your WordPress admin, navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings. Under the Navigation tab is a setting called Responsive Menu. Please enable this option and the option at the bottom for Mobile Navigation.

Please let us know if you need any help with this.

    Hi Kristi

I have checked the site and the mobile menu is working correctly for me on an S4. Please try clearing the browser cache and retest.

    1.Tap the ‘Apps’ icon. …
    2.Tap ‘Internet’. …
3.Tap the ‘Menu’ button on your device. …
4.This will bring up a list of menu options. …
5.Tap ‘Advanced’, and then tap ‘Privacy’. …
6.In the ‘Privacy’ menu, tap ‘Delete Personal Data’. …
7.Then, select ‘Cache’, ‘Cookies’, ‘Site Data’, and History’.

Let us know how you get on
