    Hi Nicole,

    Unfortunately, this issue is as a result of using an older version of WordPress. To fix this issue you’re going to need to update WordPress. Before doing this, be sure to do a backup as you may have plugins installed that aren’t compatible with newer versions of WordPress.

    To clarify, what version of WordPress are you using?
