Hello.

How do I change the thumbnail to display the thumbnail already attached to a video. Right now it’s just a gray box with a play button in the middle.

    Hi Jjade,

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without some custom coding. I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update. With that said, at the moment If a thumbnail is important, I would recommend using either YouTube or Vimeo to host your videos.

    If you need this urgently, you could always post a job on Codeable.
