How can I make the featured image display on each page?

I want the featured images to display on the pages like, I have the slider showing on the frontPage, but without success.
I made the following settings: Appearance-> theme settings-> blog; I also checked the featured image box on the page itself: (i.e. Edit Page -> Featured Image). These settings did not work.
Please help, how can I make the featured image display on the pages? I really need this feature.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without some custom coding. We have a feature similar to this for pages where we let you specify a Meta Slider, but we don’t have anything like this for posts.

    I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
