Is there a way to activate ‘logo in menu’ option for just mobile and add a button menu like the picture:

Unfortunately not within the bounds of the theme. You can decide what word to use for your mobile menu (Vantage Premium) under Theme > Settings > Navigation. But unfortunately no menu icon and no option to switch layout for mobile. If you’d like to suggest this a feature you can do so here: https://siteorigin.com/suggest-feature/.
