How can I change post thumbnail to full image in search page template?

I want to modify search page template. I want post image to be displayed as full image. Its cropping the image.

    Hi Khushal Singh Chouhan

    You can fix/change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to Appearance > Custom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.

    .search .entry-thumbnail img {
        height: auto;
        width: auto;
    }
    

    This will display the image full size. If you want to resize them so they take up less space on the page just alter the width to your required size in px. eg width: 300px.
