How can I add an extra feature

Hi.

I’m in need of an extra feature, i need to be able to tell a particular panel to have no padding on the sides without messing all other panels padding. So i thought i could add that myself since it’s a particular feature and went to search for the “No Bottom Margin” option in order to duplicate it and change it. Problem is, I’ve searched everywhere on the files and i can’t find any references to it.

So, how can I add an extra setting to specific panels?

    Hi kebrus

We’re launching Page Builder 2.0 a little later this year: Post: Page Builder 2 Changes Everything. It’ll be a lot easier once that’s out. For now, you’d ned to use Custom CSS: https://siteorigin.com/basics/modifying-theme-design-with-custom-css/

Thx for the response, after much fiddling i manage to do what i wanted, I had to change a lot of things around and use a few “!important” tags to override the settings. The worst part is that now, everytime i want to do a panel with that specific style not only I have to select the correct style but I also have add an entry into the custom CSS.

This is mainly because the custom style is applied to a div inside the panel and that div does not exist when no style is applied, either that or i have to create multiple styles and have them selected all the time for every panel

Looking forward to version two, got vantage them premium the other day and i’m loving the flexibility. still miss some things though

    cheers

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear there has been some progress. 2.0 is on it’s way very soon!
