Hover Colors Don’t Show on Menu

It seems to work great on the home page, but if you click on any other page the background color of the menu items does not hover.

I have it set to blue. It actually works in the preview pane of the “customize” page (where all the drop down color options are).

I am using Safari. I also noticed a bug where a page was showing my “hello world” POST even though it was a page. I eventually just deleted the page and started over. Then it worked.

I am using Page Builder but have no other plug-ins installed
This is mostly to get a feel for the product and is a scratch pad.

    Feel free to delete this problem. It fixed itself an hour or two later. Maybe it was a caching problem?

    I refreshed a bunch, i swear!

    Glad to hear it fixed itself. My suggestion was going to be disabling any caching or performance plugins you may have had installed.
