Hostgator and Focus Video Plug in

I want to use my bright new shiny Focus Premium template and the Focus video plug-in hates me. I keep getting a Forbidden 403 screen from hostgator every time I try to install the plug in. Any idea why it hates me?

    Thanks for upgrading to Focus Premium. As a premium user you certainly get prioritised support on the forum with the option of email [email protected]. We’re currently down to an average of 12-24hr replies but can unfortunately take up to 48hrs due to time differences and backlogs.

    The Focus videos plugin usually installs first try but as you found out there can sometimes be a host related issue. We should have this plugin up on our new plugins page here soon.
