Horizontal Scrollbar Appearing after using SiteOrigin Features

Hi, I’m a newbie, not a webmaster. I am using wordpress with a Tesseract Theme & SiteOrigin and function responsive is very important for me.

This is the link
http://www.klaasbag.com/t/ ‎

I noticed that, after I used SiteOrigin Features to add some icons and then set the row layout to “Full width stretched” then an horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom of the page. And the the right side of the page it shows the white gap. However I also tried to set the row layout back to be “Standard”, it seems to be OK when the page if full. But as soon as i resize the page smaller to view as Responsive View (or also in my iPad). It still appears the horizontal scrollbar and there is gap again (even though it shows the gap a little bit smaller).

I also created another page and tried not to use this SiteOrigin Features function and it was no problem at all with this little white gap and horizontal scrollbar.

How can I eliminate it? Do I have to edit the plugin css? If yes, where? and the code? I am totally have less knowledge of programming. Please help!!

Thanks a lot,

    Hi Mitz

Apologies for the extended delay. We’re working through a support backlog, unfortunately, during these periods our forums are prioritised. In the New Year we’ll have increased capacity to better respond to our free plugin and theme questions.

Could you perhaps, create a test page that displays the problem. That way you won’t have to impact a public page on your website. I’m sure that once we’ve seen the problem live we can assist in resolving.

    Thanks

    Hi The Mitz

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
