Homepage template blocking SiteOrigin Page Builder

I’m trying to use Page Builder on my predesigned e-commerce homepage, but there’s something in the template that’s blocking it from working.

My theme is based off Uno from WooThemes.

Any suggestions on how to remove the template’s restrictions?
