Homepage edits won’t show up

I have no idea what happened. I added new pages and a navigation bar, and all the content on my homepage disappeared. I went in the backend through ‘Edit Homepage’ and am adding changes to the homepage, and nothing is showing up, even after saving the settings and getting a ‘Home Page Updated’ response. Still no content:

How can I make all the changes in the back end show up again? I’ve deleted and re-added pages and am still having this issue.
