Hi,
I encountered problem already mentioned several times in this forum – the homepage circle widget background image buttton is unclickable.
I already tried to deactivate all plugins and also reinstalled the homepage plugin, without success.
Browser console shows “TypeError: wp.media is not a function”
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Hi Wlacho
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
Thanks
Magus
Hi,
sure, it’s http://www.dwdesign.eu/
Just not to get into misunderstanding – I am talking about clickability of the button in the (homepage settings) dashboard.
Hi Wlacho
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
Thanks
Magus
Hi Magus,
done. there is Slovak install of WP, but I believe you should be able to navigate easily…

Hi Wlacho
You were missing a required plugin. the Black Studio Tiny MCE Editor. I have installed this and everything is now working as it should.
Magus
Ah, I haven’t noticed this requirement. Excellent, thank you for help!
Hi Wlacho
You are welcome. This turned out to be a bug in PageBuilder which was looking for this plugin as it is required by some of the bundled widgets. This check has been removed and an updated version is due for release soon which will negate the need for this plugin to be installed for anything apart from the Visual Editor Widget.
If you need any more help please feel free to open a new support thread
