Home Page Not Showing

Hi, I have a concern my home page is not showing when I view the site, its always showing a blank page, I try to figure this out I go to >PAGES>HOME>QUICK EDIT >and make it PUBLISH

then I go to CUSTOMIZE>STATIC FRONT PAGE>and make it a STATIC PAGE HOME, but after a few seconds when I view it again, it goes back to a blank page, and when I go back to my PAGES>HOME> it goes back to DRAFT.

and customize goes back to blank also.

why?, can you help me please.
