Home page looks like mobile version on desktop & lost premium order number

This has happened many times: I will be navigating through my site on a desktop computer and if I click ‘home’ to go to the home page it shows up/displays like it would on a mobile phone. I would upload a screenshot to show you what I see but there’s no place to do that. I need this to stop.
Also, sometimes I will be navigating through the site and some pages will display the rotating banner from the homepage and then sometimes not display it. How can I get it to stop doing these things?

Lastly, I upgraded to the premium version mid September but I can’t find my premium order number. I might have deleted the email that contained it. Can you send it to me? I can send my information so you can look it up in your system.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    If you have access to your purchasing PayPal email address, you can retrieve your order number using this form: https://siteorigin.com/orders/. If you have Vantage Premium running right now you can also find it inserted under Settings > General, at the bottom of that page in the SiteOrigin order number field.

    To begin to troubleshoot this problem please try the following:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. Re-test.
    2. De-activate all plugins at once. Re-test. If the issue has resolved then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking for the problem.

    If the above fails please try uploading a screenshot to your Media Library and sending through the link. You can find the url in the right column after uploading the image.
