It would a nice option to hide rather than delete rows and/or widgets..

    If it helps, you can try using the ‘visibility’ and ‘display’ css properties.

    Hi Everyone,

    You can use Widget Options Plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-options/ side by side with SiteOrigin Pagebuilder to easily hide any widgets per devices. Check the screenshot below and I hope this will be very helpful!
