    Hi Bill

Try going to Users, click on your user account and ensure that the Visual Editor hasn’t been disabled. It’s the first setting.

That’s it. Users in your main WP left menu, then find your username, make sure the Visual Editor hasn’t been disabled. It’s the first setting.

Thanks. So next steps would be:

    1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates. Test.
    2. De-activate all plugins except Widgets Bundle and Page Builder. Must be done at once. Test.
    3. If no change here then switch to default theme with all plugins off except WB and PB and test.

Its Nextend Smart Slider 2 Full. I have been using this slider a long time. Dont understand why the conflict now.

Thanks for reporting. Not sure why now. It’s possible the shift occurred during an update of the WordPress core or either of the plugins. Unfortunately, at this stage, I can only log for inspection on our side. These conflicts aren’t something we can easily hotfix.

The only reason I use Smart2 is it allows me to add html banners from amazon, walmart and ebay in a slider.

For sure. Frustrating conflict. Logging it on our side now. We have an update for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle coming out in the next few days. It’s worth re-testing after you’ve run those.
