I’m working for a web-developing company where I set up word press sites – I have found your plugin “Site Origin builder” to be a very useful plugin for the customers who are not experienced in word press.
I have previously used your plugin successfully, and have just installed it on a brand new site – how ever, now the hero widget does not show – if I manipulate the CSS a bit it will show about 0,5cm of the picture in a list form (like this Hero Widget) with the ul dot.
The only difference between my previous sites and the new one, is that the new one is up to date with word press updates and so on – Is this an issue I can fix with CSS or by modifying codes? or are your team working on a solution? I have noticed that there are other people sitting with the same issue (it sounds like the same).
I have tried the following to fix it with out success:
Cleared cashe
Cleared browser cashe
Resaved the picture
Unchecked the “fit text” box
