    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jane,

    You can hide the hero navigation and pagination with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Add the following CSS:

    .so-widget-sow-hero .sow-slider-pagination, .so-widget-sow-hero .sow-slide-nav {
    	display: none;
    }

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

    Hi Jane,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi Jane,

    Unfortunately, the slider you’re using is a fork (a version based on our code but not developed by us) of our slider and has had major modifications which is why the provided code isn’t working. You’ll need to reach out to the developer of your theme for assistance with this.

    Ahh ok, well thank you so much for looking at it for me. I may have to remove it and think of alternative sliders as i really dont like the arrows if they cant be removed, Thanks so much .

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jane,

    I recommend giving the SiteOrigin Hero widget a try but it’s possible your theme will prevent that (in favour of their version of the widget). A good alternative is Smart Slider 3.

    Please be sure to post another thread if you have any other questions.
