I decided to try out your new hero tool with vantage premium. It works, however it seems i’m having an issue with the menu items. When I try to select a drop down box, to add a video for example, it overlays on top of the previous boxes. ex: When selecting an icon for a button it hovers on top of the following content. Not only that, but when this is done the software “locks” and to do any form of modification I have to refresh the page. I know this is a new widget and it’s in development so no worries.
I have logged into the newest version of chrome and IE6 and i’m having the same issue. Any advice would be appreciated, I would like to test this further.

    I cannot replicate this issue locally on my server. Please could you run a check for JavaScript errors when using the plugin.

    Debugging did not work, so here are the errors. They begin when the widget is clicked in Page Builder.

    I tried to debug the JS, but it didn’t help. Here is the error received when I attempted to access the widget in pagebuilder.

    Are you by any chance using a plugin called wpmanage? We have recently found that this can cause the errors you are seeing.

    Hi Phoenixtops

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    it looks like the problem fixed itself. I returned home from work to start disabling plugins and noticed it was fixed. Thank you for your help.
