The hero image is cropping in on my image. I’ve tried just about every configuration of layout and design elements, resizing my image etc.

The current image is 1280×401. ()I can easily adjust sizing if needed)

Row set to Full Width Stretched with padding 100 to move image down in order to display logo.

Hero Frame Setting: Background Image Display set to Cover (I’ve tried centered, fixed and contained also)

Image Settings, Background image set to Full size, Background type: Cover (I’ve tried various combinations of standard sizes available and this is closest), Desktop Height is set to 500 – no margins or padding set

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

The combination of a full-width stretched row and background-size cover will cut the edges of an image off depending on the screen size and the image size. For some background images, this isn’t a problem, for others with specific content, it is.

The SiteOrigin Slider Widget will completely re-size but only supports a foreground and background image.

For a slider that’ll completely resize and offer text layers, we recommend giving https://smartslider3.com/ a try.
