Help with Influence Theme

I’m using the Influence theme and i want to know if it is possible to fix the space on the top of the page where is situated the name of the site and the main menu, because in the pc version when you go down to read the page it isn’t fixed, instead in the mobile phone version it is fixed and i would like that it was fixed also for the pc version. Thank you very much and compliments for your themes.

    Thanks for the long wait here. It might take a few back and forths but I’m sure we’ll be able to work something out here.

    What is Appearance > Theme Settings > Home Page > Menu Overlaps Slider currently set to? Is that checked our un-checked?
