    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi :)

    Looks like your site is coming along nicely.

    To add widgets to your footer widget area, go to Appearance > Widgets. You could perhaps add three SiteOrigin Editor widgets and add text or perhaps three lists. A Custom Menu widget is another idea.

    Overall everything is look good. If you want to remove the last bit of demo content on your home page:

    There are a lot of widgets bundled with Page Builder. You can use them to bring your pages to life.

    You can do that at Appearance > Home Page.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Super :)

    Vantage Premium offers a Theme Design section at Appearance > Customizer that has settings for the menu. If you’d like to check that option out, go to Appearance > Vantage Premium.

    If you’d like to stick with Vantage Free you can insert the following into a Custom CSS plugin and edit as required:

    /* Menu Background */

    .main-navigation {
        background: #343538;
    }

    /* Menu Item Hover */

    .main-navigation ul li:hover > a, #search-icon #search-icon-icon:hover {
    	background-color: #81d742;
    }

    If you don’t have a Custom CSS plugin installed just yet, check ours out: Page: SiteOrigin CSS Editor

    once again thanks think i will leave things i dont understand for now {css}how much is the upgrade? one other question if i get someone to design a header for me with the page in box mode what would be maximum size of icon/banner whilst still being able to put social media icons up there?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Vantage Premium is offered as a pay what you want product. $15 is the recommended price.

    The header isn’t really structured like that. It’ll depend how many social icons you want to have up there. Once you have your social icons up I can calculate the approximate space left for you. Let me know :)

    Hi, I Work Here

    If you’re adding the banner behind the logo as masthead background then it’ll be 1080px minus whatever the social icons take up.

    If you’re getting a designer to help out you could just ask them to screenshot your site and calculate the dimensions on their side. It’s as easy as using the measure tool in Photoshop or similar application.
