Hello!

I am struggling to create a form with multiple inline fields. More specifically, i wish to create a form which will have 3 fields in the last row. Can somebody help me?

The first row:

Departure date
Return date

The second row:

Place of departure
Destination

Third row:

Number of adults
Number of children(2-12)
Number of babies( 0-2)
