Help! Trying to center my site title and struggling!

For starts, I am very new to coding and my experience includes the basic php, html, css, and JavaScript courses on codecademy. I recently got the Vantage premium for building my website and have been making a few changes to make it to my liking. However when I began trying to change the Otogear and had no success in finding the proper way to center it. My website is www.otogear.co. If someone could help me with this I would be forever grateful!!
