I would really appreciate some help ASAP. The page builder tab has suddenly disappeared from next to the Visual and Text tabs and now all of my pages/posts are all jumbled and my site looks terrible.
I haven’t done anything to the plugin – it was still activated. I am unsure if another plug in I added has affected it?
Any help you can provided me with would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Victoria
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
Victoria – I have same problem (see my thread just posted) but think it may be caused by Firefox – is that the browser you are using? It seems OK with Chrome.
Thanks ChrisA. There shouldn’t be a cross browser difference. Perhaps try clearing the local cache of the browser that’s not working.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins as suggested and the issue has not been fixed. I have noticed there is a little “Page Builder” box BELOW the main text box now but it is empty?
Chris – I am using Chrome (which is the browser I always use) and am having the issues.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

I just went to do that and then viewed the site and it looks fine now! The tab is back and all has reverted back to normal. Very confusing!! Were there any changes from your end?
