Header/Menu Percentage of page size

Hello, I am looking to have my homepage and other pages HEADER/MENU use a percentage like 90 percent instead of being boxed in.
I did search this but didn’t find it.
Am I missing this somewhere easy or will it need to be custom CSS?

    Hi Mike

    Please navigate to Appearance->Custom CSS. There you currently have this entry

    body.home.layout-full.responsive #page-wrapper .full-container {
    max-width: 100% !important;
}

    Please remove this entry and replace it with the following

    body.responsive.layout-full #page-wrapper .full-container {
    max-width: 90% !important;
}

    I have been looking at all my padding options and support options but for the life of me I am not sure why I have such a large padding from the header to the page. I tried modifying some items with CSS but it doesnt seem to be doing anything. I wasnt aware if I modified the template directly in the editor. I have attached 2 images.

    Looks like it might have been a cache issue and started to look better after some time.
