Is possible to let the headr with some transparence and floating over the slider at home page?

Within Vantage Premium it’s possible to add a masthead background image under Appearance > Customize > Page. You could set the opacity of your PNG background in Photoshop or similar program before saving it.
If you want to run a boxed layout you can set that at Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout.
You can review the Vantage Premium offering at Appearance > Premium Upgrade.

But I wish to put the transparence in the layer, and not in the png image background.
Also the background image should be like a slider: the meta slider layer should be behind the header and the menu layers, aligned on top, and the header with some transparence floating over it.
Is that possible with vantage or other site origin theme?
If you’re running Vantage Premium and have added a masthead (header) background image, via the Customizer, we could assist with adding opacity to that, or at least trying to. Everything else you’ve requested though is unfortunately not possible with any of our themes as they stand, it would require custom development.
