Vantage unfortunately doesn’t make use of the Website Tagline if you’re asking about that. You can either use the Support Text field at Appearance > Logo OR use the header widget area at Appearance > Widgets: Header.
If you require a visual text editor for the header widget area we recommend the Visual Editor widget. To get access to the this widget, first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/
Thanks for your help I have installed it…it is working fine.. but i want to put the picture (logo) on the left hand side…currently it is coming to right hand site of the header.

To confirm; you’ve added your logo via Appearance > Theme Settings > Logo but want to upload another logo and have that also appear on the left? No image came through so I’m guessing.
I’d need to try fix with Custom CSS, please send a link through.
