header and footer color changes

I just upgraded to premium and don’t see a place for color changes in the customize, menu location. Can you please tell me how to change the colors for my header and footer?

Hi Jennifer,
As you’re a Vantage Premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on this page. Please reference this thread.
Please navigate to the WordPress customizer by going to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize. Then please open the theme design options.
To adjust the navigation please navigate open the menu design options and adjust the Background Color and the Text Color settings.
To adjust the footer please go back to theme design and open the footer settings group. Adjust the Footer Background and the Text colors to your liking.
