grey border!

hello

i am using page builder on my localhost default wordpress theme. i add a row and add widgets in it. for some reasons it keeps giving me a grey border around the widget. i have tried playing around with the setting of row and widget. nothing has worked !!

need help !

    Thanks for the feedback. That looks like a premium ThemeForest theme, if that’s the case I unfortunately won’t be able to check it out. I can help if the site is live. What’s most likely happening in this. The theme expects widgets to be in a certain area and has certain styling ready for them. This styling is most likely being applied to Page Builder widgets.

    Thanks for your fast support ! I really dont understand what exactly is causing this. The other page builders are working fine but since I love your page builder i would like to use this on the site. I have tried everything that i could to get this fixed but with no success. The site is not online. This is just a trial for me and i am using it on my localhost using XAMPP.

    I must admit that the only other Page Builder type product I’ve used in the one bundled with the premium theme FlexForm, can’t remember the name of their builder. I’m almost certain the issue has to do with widgets. If you email me a copy of the theme ZIP I’ll take a look, see if I can narrow it down and delete it when I’m done. Bit of a grey area in terms of product copyright etc. Just not sure how else we could help.
