Google Maps – make a marker a url to a webpage

Greeting

Google Maps is a great product.

I would like to make the markers a clickable url to another webpage.

i.e. when the user clicks on the marker another webpage is opened in an other browser tab.

Any suggestions, or is it not feasible.
