Google maps: is it possible to setup more than one custom marker?

Hi guys and thanks for your job! I was wondering if there is the possibility to setup more than one custom marker in the map. For example: i must setup a map where I indicate with a blue marker the head quarter of my company and with a red marker the affiliates. Hope to have good news!
