Getting Vantage Premium to be Responsive

Hi,
I have used the theme for the site www.citsl.in. For some reason I don’t see it being responsive (Doesn’t resize) on mobiles, tablets. Is there something I have missed?
Please let me know what to do.
The other part is I am trying to figure out how to add a footer to the site.

    Hi Siddarth Rajani

You can accomplish this using a theme setting. In your WordPress admin, navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings. Under the Layout tab is a setting called Responsive Layout. Please make sure this setting is enabled.

Please let us know if you need any help with this.

    Hi Magus,
I selected the Responsive Layout. But still it doesn’t seem to scale in mobile devices. Please let me know what to do.
Also I wanted to how do I introduce the footer element (All Rights Reserved – Company Name – Year).

    Hi Siddarth Rajani

You can add the Site information using a theme setting. In your WordPress admin, navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings. Under the General tab is a setting called Site Information Text. Change this setting to whatever you need. There are some listed shortcodes under the text box to assist.

With regards to the responsive issue, the site is behaving as if the responsive setting was not set. Have you made any alterations or customizations to the core theme files
