getting rid of big gap above header hero image

Hello,
I am using a hero image for our website’s header and I cannot seem to get rid of the large gap of space above it between the image and our main menu. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the theme we are using, Journey by indieground, or the widget itself. Here is the link to my site: bffgoalsdc.com
